In the first quarter of 2022, the top personal finance budgeting and planning apps on the Android platform in Chile demonstrated diverse trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. Here's a closer look at the performance of these leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

BciPass from Banco de Crédito e Inversiones maintained a steady download rate, starting at around 3.1K weekly downloads at the beginning of January and ending the quarter with nearly 3K weekly downloads. Its weekly active users fluctuated slightly, starting at approximately 93K and ending Q1 at around 83.3K.

AFP Habitat Chile experienced a significant spike in weekly downloads mid-January, reaching about 3.7K in the week of January 24. Active users also saw a peak, rising from around 40.2K at the end of December to approximately 52.7K in the same week. By the end of March, active users were around 43K.

Destácame Chile showed a moderate increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 1.6K in mid-March. Despite the fluctuations, the app maintained a relatively steady download rate throughout the quarter.

Splitwise experienced stable revenue throughout Q1, with a notable peak of around $120 in mid-February. Weekly downloads remained consistent, averaging around 700 per week. Active users saw a slight increase from approximately 2.2K at the end of December to around 2.7K by the end of March.
